JePe Real Estate & Services is a provider of services mainly to the self-storage industry in Europe.
Self-storage is gaining increasingly in significance the world over; there are already tens of thousands of self-storage facilities in the USA and Australia.
This is in sharp contrast with Europe, where there are fewer than 1,500 self-storage facilities.
However, the self-storage industry in Europe is currently booming. Unfortunately, people who want to start up or expand in this industry are finding that there are very few partner companies who are able to advise and assist them.
As our name indicates, JePe Real Estate & Services is a service provider. We focus primarily on all aspects of self-storage - from finding suitable locations or premises right through to setting up and managing a self-storage facility.
