Jan Bikker worked as European Development Director in the self-storage industry with the support of Devon Self-Storage, one of the most successful self-storage companies in the USA, for more than 9 years.
During his time as European Development Director, Jan Bikker has valued numerous properties all over Europe and has managed eight projects in France, Germany and the Netherlands with a total budget of about EUR 14,000,000. He has converted existing buildings into about 75,000 square metres of self-storage units.
Jan Bikker is one of the few people in Europe with such extensive knowledge of the self-storage industry and market.
